Systema Hanoi launched!

Systema Hanoi, formerly Systema Yokohama, is newly launched in Hanoi for . Classes are planned twice a week: one in BUV for their students and the other for students and the non-students. Men and women of all ages are welcome. Not only does it concerns a combat and self-defense, but it also improves health, body consciousness, and well being.
