システマ・カドチニコブ・コンセプト：3つの面（Three planes of body movement）

システマ　カドチニコブでは、人間の体の動きを三つの面を使って説明します。三つの面とは、３Dのように、動きが三方向に向くものです。

-冠状面（左右の動き）（Frontal/Coronoal plane）
-矢状面（前後の動き）（Sagittal plane）
-横断面（ひねる動き）（Horizontal/Transverse plane）






これらの三つの面を組み合わせて、相手の重心を崩します。一方向では、簡単に認知されてしまい、相手の抵抗にあいやすくなります。その場合、力対力になり、相対的に筋力が大きい者が勝利します。

対して、これら三つの面に動かすことで、比較的容易に相手のバランスを崩すことが可能です。まずは練習において、ぜひ三つの面を意識して、崩してみてください。面白いように崩すことができるはずです。
