Seminar: Structuring Power!!
This is a 1.5 day seminar presented by Systema Saigon. It mainly aims to share the concepts and practices of State and Internal Work, which I've got at Systema Moscow Headquarters in this summer. This is based on my very personal understanding and interpretation of them. However, it is divided into step by step in order participants to make your own State, and possibly taste how your Power can be structured and exercised.
No knowledge or prior experience is required!
